CCC's "Living Room"

Community Counseling’s “Living” Room: A Care Concierge Service is a new program that assists people living

with HIV through a comprehensive approach to care. We will see any HIV + individual requesting help, as well as infected or affected family members.

The Care Concierge Client Services offers an innovative and flexible approach to the intake, linkage to care, and referral processes by hosting a weekly Group Intake Orientation in our Living Room.  Our Living Room is a safe-space, judgment-free zone where clients can relax in a welcoming environment and participate in our Group Intake Orientation. The Living Room also acts as our Educational and Community Resource Center.

Care Concierge Team Members will greet clients and escort them to our Living Room to experience a group orientation to our agency, our services, and our extensive referral process with community collaborators. Our Care Concierge Team will ensure that clients promptly receive psychosocial services and relevant community referrals, working with each person to eliminate barriers to care. Our Team Members also help clients to grow self-sufficient through education of and referrals to vital community services, including physical and mental health care, substance abuse treatment, food, housing, and safety from violence.

Community Counseling Center of Southern Nevada continues to build a continuum of care for clients by forming partnerships with local and regional providers. Please call (702) 369-8700 for more information regarding our Care Concierge Client Services.
